This notice provides the operator information required by section 5 of the German Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz (DDG), the statute that requires any person operating a business website in Germany to identify who is responsible for it.

RHISU is a trading name and is not a registered company. This notice therefore states no legal form, commercial register entry, or registration number. Under section 5, those particulars are required only where they apply, and each is omitted here because none applies. They will be added should RHISU be registered.
Section 5 requires a means of fast electronic contact and direct communication. The monitored email address stated above satisfies that requirement. A telephone number is not separately required.

Dispute resolution
RHISU is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
No link to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is provided, as that platform has been discontinued. It ceased operation on 20 July 2025, and Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, which had required online traders to provide the link, was repealed with effect from the same date by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. The link that appears in older German Impressum templates should not be reproduced.
