RHISU is a trading name. It is not a registered company, so this notice names the natural person who operates the site. There is no legal form to state, no commercial register entry, and no registration number, and inventing any of them would be worse than omitting them. Those rows are therefore absent rather than blank, which is what section 5 requires: the items exist in the notice only when they are true.
Section 5 requires a means of fast electronic contact and direct communication. A monitored email address satisfies that. A telephone number is not separately required.

Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
No link to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is given here, because that platform no longer exists. It was discontinued on 20 July 2025, and the regulation that had required every online trader to link to it, Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, was repealed with effect from the same date by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. Older German Impressum templates still carry that link. It should not be copied.
